The price is always for basic persons in the appartement, if there are more persons in the appartements:
More persons in the appartements pay € 20.- per day
Final cleaning 50 – 90 Euro, after 6 nights final cleaning is included!
Dog or cat € 15.- / per day

Visitor’s tax for each person 2.40 euros per night.
For the tourist tax you will receive the Holidaypass and this includes:
+ Buses and trains are free throughout South Tyrol
+ from December 2023 over 90 museums in South Tyrol are free
+ in May and June the Klausberg and Speikboden mountain railways are free here in Ahrntal!
All apartments have a bedroom, possibly bunk beds (Kinderkoje), housing equipped with kitchen and bathroom. Also included are linens, towels, bath towels, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, satellite flat screen TV 42 “, 4 hot plate, Coffee machine and fridge freezer. Wi-Fi is available for free.
Electricity and heating are always included!
Payment can be made in cash or by check.
On arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from about 12:30 and release on the departure, we ask the apartments around 9:00 clock.
The swimming pool and sauna in the hotel Schwarzenstein, 7 km fare from the Apartment house is included.
Note: For the swimming pool and sauna you must bring your own bathrobeand towels. You wil not get that in the hotel.
The swimming pool is open from 6 in the morning until 10 in the evening. The sauna is open from 11 am to 7:30 in the evening.
Dinner / breakfast: You are welcome in the hotel Schwarzenstein Lutago eating dinner. The price of the multi-course menu is 59 euros per person.
If you want to enjoy the great varied breakfast buffet in the hotel Schwarzenstein, then that would cost 29 euros per person.
