Steinhaus is the German and Cadipietra the Italian name of the same village in the municipality of Ahrntal. Zimmerhofer is at Klausbergstraße 53 in Steinhaus.
Location and arrivalAhrntal is called Valle Aurina in Italian. Zimmerhofer is in Steinhaus, close to the Klausberg valley station.
Explore the Ahrntal ValleyKlausberg is the ski and hiking area beside Steinhaus. Its valley station is around 150 metres from Zimmerhofer and easily reached on foot.
Winter at KlausbergSpeikboden is the region’s second major ski and hiking area, around 8 kilometres away. It adds further pistes, panorama walks and family attractions.

Guest Pass servicesA car is normally unnecessary for days at Klausberg because the cable car is around 150 metres away. Other destinations can be reached by public transport according to season and timetable.
Arrival and mobilityThe spa is not inside the apartment building. It is at Hotel Schwarzenstein in Luttach, around 7 kilometres away, and access is included in published regular rates under the stated conditions.
Wellness clearly explainedTourist tax is charged per taxable guest and night. Children under 14 are exempt, and the current amount appears in the price calculation.

Base occupancy is the number of guests included in the published base rate. Additional guests up to maximum capacity are calculated transparently per night.
Understand pricesFinal cleaning is included for stays of seven nights or more. For shorter stays, the amount shown for the chosen apartment type is added.
Check cleaning costsThe minimum number of nights depends on season and arrival day. The booking engine applies the rule automatically and suggests alternative dates where appropriate.
Check travel datesType D Family connects two Type B Kristall units through an internal door, creating separate living and sleeping areas for up to twelve guests.
